We support people of all ages, with severe / enduring learning disabilities and complex needs, including mental health issues. Our goal is to help provide a transition journey for our individuals through our services towards more independent living. Optima Care's unique Shine therapeutic model of care provides the framework for all our specialist services - from school leaver transitions to total communication and step down pathways - and helps ensure that all of the people we support realise their full potential.
