General information

Mango Customer Communications, initially just focussed on mailing solutions, is well established running for over 18 years based here in Queensland. Since 2013 we have been Neopost's largest distributor in Australia. In April this year we rebranded to Mango Customer Communications as part of a nationwide expansion to offer digital technologies and customer analysis, which led to the development of our consultancy team.

This has seen us expand over the past 12 months into New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. We've also evolved from simply providing mailroom equipment to end-to-end consultancy services, conducting multi-site analysis to take advantage of new delivery methods and Business Mail benefits recently introduced by Australia Post. These online offerings can provide a level of complexity if not evaluated effectively but can also deliver a clear ROI if implemented to suit specific business needs. Hence our consultancy approach.
