Dr Kim Brown is an Osteopath and Personal Trainer who enjoys spreading the word about Health, Fitness and Well-Being. Her interest was sparked as a 15 year old who was very fit and active, but had constant back pain and was constantly mentally and physically stressed.
Her ongoing battles with pain and lethargy lead her to believe there was an alternative to traditional and contradictory fitness and medical methods that left her frustrated, tired and unsure who to believe.
