A large modern brick building situated behind the Gold Coast Convention Centre and minutes from Conrad Jupiters Casino and a 24 hour bus service. Available for booking Functions parties workshops any events. Corporate air conditioned rooms available. Large hall with curtained high stage and limited stage lighting, basic PA system, backstage changing rooms. Tables and chairs included. Large Hall or a small conference room available. Large kitchen for light snacks, Hot drinking water system built in Fridge and microwave or gas oven top for light cooking. Private outdoor area (Covered). Toilets and Disabled Facilities / wheel chair access. Casual or permanent bookings available. Off road car parking available.
The Broadbeach Senior Citizens Centre currently has as permanent tenants using the hall, Senior indoor bowls, Latino Rock Dance School, Bridge classes, Hungarian seniors, Seniors table tennis club, Gold Coast Tai Chi Academy, Association of Independent Retirees, PALS Social Group, Move your body dance company, Senior's concert, Aglow Australia, New York Ballroom, Le step jive dancing, and The life Centre church.

Alan Fortunato is the Centre’s caretaker and the web designer for this site. He has made web sites for Latino rock Dance School, The Queensland Korean War Memorial, Best wedding celebrant, Modern Rock and Floralies. As well as building web sites he runs a successful dance school is a marriage celebrant, RSL Volunteer and Sub Branch committee member, Australian Volunteer Coast Guard member and keen photographer and philanthropist.
