Touch for Health (TFH) is an amazing applied kinesiology method which finds imbalances in the body's energy system and then by applying various gentle techniques it stimulates the body's own natural healing process. In Touch for Health we work on the person as a whole - physical, mental/emotional, spiritual, electrical/energetic, nutritional, and environmental aspects are all addressed.

I also use other techniques in conjunction with TFH such as foot reflexology, figure 8 energy, Ear Candling and Neural Organization Technique (N.O.T.).

N.O.T. helps to reorganize the nervous system so that the 'central computer' of you body is running at it's best and therefore every other system in your body will function better. Any other method you apply after N.O.T. will have a greater impact!

Yoga and energy work blend incredibly well together, and energy anatomy is becoming an increasingly dominant component in my Yoga practice and teaching! I currently teach Yoga in the Northern Beaches with my primary location at 2/2 Powell's Rd in Brookvale. Namaste.
