Catering weddings, special events, corporate functions, private degustations and indulgent dinners across Adelaide, Dine Fine Dining Catering can cater to your every need.  Dine Fine Dining Catering was established by chef Glen Carr who has more than 19 years experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in London and Australia.  Glen has worked as Sous-Chef at the prestigious Home House private club, Marble Arch cooking for clientele in the music industry, the media and catering for high profile weddings and events.On returning to Adelaide he has been head chef of Auge Restaurant, where they won the prestigious award of best Italian and Restaurant of the Year in South Australia two years in a row.  More recently, Glen helped The Lane Vineyard secure success in the Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for excellence - this time for Best New Restaurant in 2008.
